AustriaThe location is breathtaking. Especially when you walk up the hill trough the coffeplantation. For the service I would even give 6 stars if possible. Form the arrival to the minute we left we were warmly welcomed. The coffeetour was great we learnd a lot about coffee and how to prepare it properly. Thanks a lot Santiago.
Juan helpt us with everthing we needed. Also many thanks.
Our Waiter (sorry I don't remember the name) was extraordinary. Muy amable.
Defenetly recomendable. We would come back every time.

You are surrounding by the nature :) The staff is really helpful and friendly. They help you to book bus and different things. The location is great, in the middle of nature, but if you want to go to Manizales you can take a bus not far away and go. I also recommend having dinner in the lodge as the food was delicious. I planned to stay here one night while in my motorcycle tour through Colombia, but the setting was so nice, I stayed 2 nights. The first night I spent in the lodge in a room with a private bathroom and balcony, which was very nice. The second night, I moved down to one of the bungalows, which was even better….. very private and quiet. It was like a piece of heaven! I highly recommend this place. Many options for room or cabanas. The restaurant was very cute with amazing view and excellent food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They let us check out late so we could do unexpected computer work in the lovely common room. I enjoyed hiking around the mountain on their trails.
