United KingdomAbsoloutly fantastic place, beautiful, clean. Actually couldn't fault it. The bed is a dream and the chickens and cows outside are fantastic. Lovely little spot for a bbq and an unwind. Definitely will be back. Loved it.

West Highland Way walking trail runs past the entrance. Very quiet at night. Lodge was well equipped so we cooked some of the time and used the BBQ though there is a Pub almost next door if you prefer to eat out. It was busy though, booking for dinner recommended. Friendly and helpful owner, not on site but easy to contact by phone, grateful for me reporting a couple of maintenance issues.Guest review byNeilGroup

The Lodge ticked all the boxes for us and had a very homely feel. Ensure that you have all basic provisions with you as there is nowhere nearby to shop. Yes the building is a bit tired but we were in the lodges which were bright and airy. The bar serves good wholesome food just what’s required while hiking. The staff are all pleasant and knowledgeable. The only downside I feel is the number of staff is not enough during peak times.
