Met the most friendly people over there treating you like family. Owner Ady along with all staff and friends around tried their best to make your stay comfortable and help with the arrangements of Batur sunrise hiking, driving me to the hot spring. Thank you everyone for everything.

This place is amazing, so serene and truly beautiful. The views of Mount Batur from here are unreal. All the staff are so kind and welcoming, you really do feel like part of a little family here. They’re super helpful with organising tours, including sunrise trips up the mountain with really lovely guides. You can choose to go by Jeep or hike up whichever suits you. We did a mix of both as we didn't want to hike all the way. They provided transport to go to a local coffee plantation and the natural hot springs. They even helped us with transport back to Ubud. The food is also delicious, and they’re happy to help with just about anything, always so quick and willing to make sure you’re looked after. The rooms are really clean and comfy. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and I’d 100% come back the next time I’m in the area. Thank you Baan, Edi and everyone! See you next time ❤️

The views of the mountains and lake were fantastic from villa 1 but not as much from villa 2. The staff were more than happy to help anyway they could and we could order off their menu via WhatsApp and they would deliver to our villa. The young lady came at 7pm to put on a fire next to the outdoor bath but it didn’t stay lit and we took a lot of time trying to get it to stay a light. But was a nice feature.

It was really pleasant stay with the spectacular view and good staff. View from the room was good and breakfast was room-serviced, which was very nice. Especially the presence of Darsana made us relaxed and comfortable because he did his best to help around with many things. We thank him for that. Even though there are several inconveniences, the place is worthwhile visiting and staying with the bonus of beautiful smiles of local people and children.

    Everything was so clean and nice .. Wayan the guy works there was so helpful and a nice guy he was our guide to the trekking journey to batur mountain i really recommend this place it really worth the money.
