Feel at home in Pulau Mansuar – find your kind of lodge

Hosts were very accommodating and provided a fan with our special request which was very nice of them. The room was a great size and beds very comfortable and the large terrace has lovely sunset views with hamivk, table & chairs also a sun lounger, The food tasted amazing however would be nice to have a different carb instead of rice 2 times a day etc. Perfect chill location with a nice village within a few minutes walk.

We stayed on one of the ocean view homestays. The homestay itself was nice - like any other homestay on other islands - bed on the floor with mosquito net, and a hammock and sunbed on the terrace which were nice. The views of the ocean were lovely.

We liked the service provided from all the staff. We loved how beautiful and easily accessible the coral and fish were straight off our front deck. The meals were all fantastic.Our host, Rachid, was very knowledgeable about the area and was keen to share his experience. The Bat Island and Friwen wall tours were out of this world. The accommodation was superb.

My stay at Aldejus homestay was amazing from the beginning till the end. Right after I've placed my reservation I had some questions and also I needed transport to and fro the airport. The homestay organized everything for me so I could arrive with peace of mind that everything was taken care of. The bungalow itself is clean, very well maintained and lived up to my standard. When it comes to the food, delicious and varied options everyday, food was never the same. Meat, fish, tempeh, they also cater to your individual tastes (vegan,pescatarian, etc.). There's a dive shop nearby - Tarzan diving with whom I did most of my immersions, the region is full of amazing dive sites, that's also what convinced me to stay at Friwen Island: it is remote, gives one the feeling of having landed at the end of the world, however, it is still possible to move around and do extra activities. By the way, the owners of Aldejus organize some trips, it's best to ask them. All in all, a wonderful stay, I can only recommend 👍🏻
