The night receptionist was very helpful, he even helped us with itinerary & booking Jeep safari for Mandalpatti peak. Other staff was bit rude. You get ample space for parking. Hot water was there for 24 hrs. Only thing was their windows doesn't have latch. Rest everything is fine.Guest review bySaieelGroup
