The animal viewing was suburb. All the staff were great but Christine was incredible - I would have to say she was the best staff member I have ever experienced in any hotel across the world. She was so helpful in organiising things, always caring about us, always smiling and engaging with us and even referred to as Auntie by our 5 year old daughter.

Amazing view. Such a beautiful place! Amazing staff. Gladys and Daniel are doing everything to make you feel home and comfortable. Peter the cook is also an amazing guy who prepares lovely food and is totally flexible with his menu for example with providing vegetarian options!

We loved the day safari around the Aberdares - green, fresh, and lots of animals. We really enjoyed the lecture about elephants by Stephen. The food was excellent, as was the bar and the log fire. And we loved having hot water bottles in our bed at night! Special thanks also go to Amos for taking care of us.
