ItalyPlaya venao is a top spot especially for surfers; surf is the only one activity. The beach is very nice and well protected from big waves; Sea temperature is around 28 Deg which is quite pleasant!
Room is big and well equipped; nothing fancy but all is fine.

PanamaThe place is huge and very spread out, with many areas to relax. They have a very nice beach bar and yoga studio across the highway, along with a nice stretch of beach. In addition there is a breakfast nook and coffee studio. They have a hiking trail which leads to a waterfall and you can hear howler monkeys in the trees. The staff are very pleasant.

They showed me also other rooms for rent in this lodge, but I stayed with the casita I had booked. The casita in the forest was a really great experience: view from the terrasse and windows into the forest. The room was perfectly clean and everything worked. My room was big and clean and comes with a modern bathroom and airconditioning. The view from the shared balcony over the bay is amazing.
