United StatesWow! What a charming stay! Henry and Mariluz were such accommodating and generous hosts. Henry carried our bags all the way from the ferry landing. Mariluz made such delicious home-cooked meals! The lodge had charming landscaping and stone work, and the hot shower was something we appreciated on the rustic island. What a delight, after a day of exploring, to sit on the lounge chairs outside, read a novel, sip on a glass of wine, and look out at the magnificent view. Plus it was fun to look at Mariluz's beautiful crochet work! Amantani Lodge gets a ten out of ten!

United StatesVery nice hosts. The owner took us on the hike to Pachamama and Pacatata Sanctuaries located in the island.
The night was getting chilly so the lady of the house provided us with bottles of hot water to warm up the beds.
There are very nice views of the lake from the house.
All food was cooked fresh.

The family welcomed us very kindly. Eating local food, they showed us the way to Pachamana and Pachatata. We shared stories on Amantani's life and European life.
