The room was clean, large and extremely inviting. The furniture was impeccable as well as luxurious. Their was not a lot of wall art, which was great. The room did not need anything extra to compliment it. The towels were luxurious as well as the bedding. The room was extremely clean. Infact the cleanest room we have ever been in or seen. Believe me when I tell you, I inspected the room in every way. The heater in the room was fabulous as well as the floors were even warm. Now let me tell you this was a blessing and a miracle. The temperature outside was -6 degrees and the wind chill was -22. With a winter weather mix. Which means snow, freezing rain and hail. The sidewalks were cleared and salted. The staff and I do mean all the staff were customer service friendly, with smiles and an eagerness to please. Exceptional Service in every way. This was an important stay for me and my Mom. My Mother was having surgery at Cox hospital on the 16th. I was treating her to a hotel stay before her surgery as well as after her surgery. We live 2 hours away and I didn't want her to worry about anything. Also this was something that I was able to provide her with due to the fabulous pricing. My mother was having surgery on the 16th in Branson, MO. The ice and snow storm was coming an extra day earlier on the 14, of January. A day before we were scheduled to arrive. So I called the hotel and they were gracious and reserved the room for me a day earlier. They knew my Mother was going to be in the hospital on the 16th of January and she was coming back to the hotel with me for a night and day after her surgery. So this hotel room was of the upmost importance for her pre surgery as well as post surgery. For my self also, so I could be available for her as well as close to the Hospital. We were so impressed by the hotel and staff that we plan to stay there at least once or twice a month. We suggest this hotel.Thank you and Blessings to all. We appreciate you. Sincerely, Deanna

    We have stayed at the Lodge of the Ozarks several times and will continue to do so. The lodge is always spotless, the entire staff is great, location is on the strip and the breakfast is just great.

    Location was great, close enough to walk to many attractions and even has a back entrance to avoid traffic during busy strip times. Super clean, breakfast options were plenty and a very welcome value add. All in all a great experience at Lodge of the Ozarks.

    Spacious room, large walk in shower. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The lodge was nicely decorated and very quite.

    I loved everything about this lodge. It was perfect for my group of ladies. Everyone had their own space and was able to spread out. I would definitely recommend staying here and I can’t wait to stay again.

    We stayed here last year and we were very happy & pleased with everything. That is the reason we chose to stay at The Lodges at Timber Ridge again. The room was clean & room service was wonderful. We enjoyed the wildlife so close to our balcony. It was very peaceful & relaxing.
