The cabin was very comfortable and had plenty of room for 6 adults and our granddaughter. The property with the river running through it is beautiful and peaceful. Being in between Bryson City and Cherokee make it a perfect place to be! Unfortunately we didn't see any elk this year after seeing many at this time last year. We loved the crisp fresh mountain air and the sounds of the small water source that ran down the hill in front of the property. Our room was clean, comfortable and had authentic memorabilia hanging on the walls. We didn’t see any staff during our stay and basically we were left to own devices but everything was perfect so it wasn’t a problem.
