South AfricaThis was the most magnificent place and has completely stolen my heart. Every day was perfect from start to finish. The food was exceptional their chef is a superstar. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. The horses are beautiful. The stay was like visiting an art museum and was the most luxurious and beautiful place. I would go back 100 times.

The lodge is nestled in the northern Drakensberg mountains with numerous hikes beginning directly from the lodge. They also offer daily shuttle service up to the Sentinel Peak car park where you can hike to the top of Tugela falls- this is a must-do day trip for hikers.
