From the moment we arrived, the welcome, helpfulness,friendliness, kindness, and professional manner in which Nicky and her team cared for us was an A+ experience! Our accommodation was perfect, with so much thoughtfulness to 'the little things'. We were truly spoilt by the high standard of service that we received. Our game drive with Niel and Patrick was truly memorable! Excellent guides and beautiful viewing. Bianca and her colleagues were super sweet and so caring.
