Thoughtful details. Super clean and new. Comfortable beds. All the necessary kitchen stuff for longer stay. Also they upgraded our stay: instead of motel room, we stayed in cabin, which was wonderful.

Bruce Anchor Cottages asub Tobermorys, 2,9 km kaugusel Dunks Bay rannast. Majutusruumides on konditsioneer ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. It's a quiet place away from sources of noise or light pollution. The cottage seems recently renovated and feels cozy.

Canoe+Kayak renting next door, launch point for a nice Madawaska river tour close by. Very welcoming and helpful host.

Red Bay Lodge asub Red Bays. Kohapeal on baar ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Puhkemajakeses on Ameerika kööki pakkuv restoran. Soovi korral on saadaval taimetoidud ja gluteenivabad toidud. Breakfast was great - choice of shakshuka or traditional Canadian breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, pancakes, etc. Room was extremely clean. I believe they said it has all been renovated in the past few years. The bathroom looked new, eveyrthing worked (hot water, fridge, fans), no window leaks (air or bugs). Location was close to Lion Head hiking and about 1 hour away from Tobermory / Bruce Peninsula. There is also a short walk to a public beach access across the street. Staff was friendly and welcoming for check in and at the restaurant. Firepit was great at night with friends and to meet others staying on property. There was also live music until 11pm on Saturday. Wifi was pretty strong and could get through some work emails or watch a video. Also, it is one of the few dog friendly properties, which is a major reason we chose to stay here. There were about 5+ dogs that overlapped our stay but everyone was respectful and gave space.

We love the place, the unit is fully equipped with everything you might need (including dish soap, sponge, towels, toilet paper etc), kitchenette has all utensils. The unit is very spacious and upgraded, facing lake and a large lawn. Not crowded and you can relax at your own peace. We brought our puppy and it was safe for him to running unleashed. It feels like you’re visiting your parents living up north, so comfy and cozy! We would like to thank Derek and Jeffrey for making our stay amazing and helping with all routine questions.

My husband and I loved the property, because it was right on the lake. We loved looking out the window, while it was raining and watching the rain fall on the water, it was wonderful, beautiful, peaceful and romantic to look at; you have to be there to enjoy the moment. And watching the sunset off the water, it was also beautiful. The property have lots of sitting areas with fire pits and BBQ grills. And for this time of year, it was quite. The price was affordable and our room had everything in it. We went for our 6th wedding anniversary and we loved our weekend getaway.
