Surrounded by a forest, Hüttenhotel Husky Lodge is located in Muotathal, just 700 metres from the Hölloch Cave, offering modern Alpine-style bungalows and rooms with free WiFi access. Can't say enough good things about the singles room experience. Sleek, modern design in a cozy cottage town with an automated sun-roof for stargazing right above the bed. Also comes with saunas with indoor/outdoor rest areas. You can really tell this place was built very recently! The husky tours are also a must-see if you're staying here, if you've come this far to the far corner of Muotathal you're probably here for the dogs too :)

Located in Merlischachen on Lake Lucerne, the Chalet-Hotel Lodge offers comfortable rooms with free WiFi access. The great hospitality given by the staff (I didn't get to know his name unfortunately) was at the reception. The facilities in the location is fantastic and can give full mark for cleanliness as well. I recommend this property to stay if anyone wants have fantabulous stay in and around of Lucern....
