A wonderful place with amazing views out the windows on the edge of the gorge. High end facility thoroughly thought through. Located high on a rock overlooking Zermatt, Edelweiss Mountain Guest House - 1 hour hike up from Zermatt station - On hiking trail - No transport is a 1.5 hours walk from the town centre up a hiking... The location was breathtaking. Hiking in was definitely worth it. Quite possibly the most remarkable hotel in Switzerland and an unbeatable location to be immersed in the mountains. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, and I felt truly at home during my stay!

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Zermatt, within 500 metres of Zermatt Train Station and all cable cars. The Weisshorn’s restaurant serves Swiss cuisine and Valais specialities. Great stay for great price. Right in the city center and so easy to walk everywhere! Would easily stay here again. Shared bathroom was no issue. Everything was super clean and again the price was great.

Set in Bellwald in the Canton of Valais region, Lärchenwald Lodge offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a sauna. Amazing view from balcony and well prepared room. Also we got to eat fresh out-of-chicken eggs, loved it :) Landlord was kind and helpful

Situated in Ernen, 15 km from Luftseilbahn Fürgangen-Bellwald, Berghotel Chäserstatt offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground and a sauna. A hidden gem. An absolutely beautiful place with amazing people and a 'Michelin Star' chef!

Situated in Fiesch, Alpenlodge Kühboden offers accommodation with free WiFi and flat-screen TV, as well as ski-to-door access. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. The bed, pillows, comforter, bedsheets etc. are very comfortable. Not many people stays overnight in Fiescheralp and not much facility available at night. We took the opportunity to rest and relax. Outside is cold in early October but the room itself is warm.

Hotel Europe is located in the village Zinal, amongst the Swiss Alps and 400 metres from the cable car. Set on 1675 metres above sea level, this hotel offers a hot tub and rooms with a balcony. Friendly staff, whether it's the reception or restaurant at breakfast and dinner. They try to accommodate to our request as much as possible. Spa is new and enjoyable. Hotel guests need to book a time slot to use the spa; bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. The ski room is great: spacious, neat and with ventilation.

Situated in the peaceful village of Grimentz amid the Wallis Alps, only 30 metres from the ski pistes and opposite the Grimentz - Zinal Cable Car, the Hotel Alpina features charming mountain-style... Everything was great at Alpina! It was a very cozy hotel at a very reasonable price. Location was perfect and literally right across the street from the gondola and walking distance to the grocery store, ski stores, and other restaurants. Hotel and restaurant staff was wonderful (especially Summer), the spa was amazing, ski room was very convenient, view from the room was beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was very good. Also, no issues with noise - the walls seemed quite thick. The spa was a really great feature (and free!) - we would book the time we wanted to go the night before and it was the perfect way to wind down after skiing (steam room, sauna, hot tub, spa beds). We are very pleased with our experience staying here and will definitely be coming back if we plan to ski again in Switzerland. We have already been telling friends and family to come stay here! Thank you Summer and co. for being a wonderful hosts to us!!

Providing mountain views, Täschalp Restaurant&Lodge in Täsch provides accommodation, a garden, a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. Very good value for money. Place has everything you need for a short stay. 3 course dinner after a long hiking day is a very nice guilty pleasure :)

Set 41 km from Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club, VISPERBLICK 24-7 Parkplatz und Frühstück inkl offers accommodation with a shared lounge, a restaurant and a shared kitchen for your convenience. automated check-in was simple and easy but I wish they bad instructions in english. it is a very simple hotel, by the train station and there are no shops or restaurants nearby. The rooms were very clean and the view was gorgeous.
