He cooked some amazing food for us and he helped us with everything we needed. The houses are located in a fairy tale place and they check and clean daily the accommodation. We really felt like home and we hope to come back. If we come back in Puerto Guadal for sure, we will stay in the same place. Thank you Pablo, to you and your wife!

Such a beautiful place with a wonderful view 🥰 we have been lucky with weather and the colours were amazing. I enjoyed a lot the shower, I have found the shower water mostly coldish in many hotels in Chile. If you want to have a great stay, I really recommend this place.

The food was not exceptional but well prepared. The Lodge itself is well designed in the farmhouse country-side kind of style, huge windows, nice furniture, and it feels like a private retreat rather than a hotel. The manager was exceptional- he was at 5 different places at the same time, finding time to greet all guests, offer meals and services and attention.

But the best thing about our stay was the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts Ines and Hugo, who would always go the extra mile if you needed anything. So, although a bit out of town, getting in and out was not a problem. And Hugo would go out of his way to show us the local sights.

The staff and service are very courteous. Very good restaurant and room facilities. The very best option in this area of Carretera Austral. Highly recommended.

Patagonia Acres Lodge in Mallin Grande provides accommodation with free WiFi access, an equipped game room and a 9-hole golf course. The owner went above, and beyond expectations to make me feel welcome, accommodated, and made sure I enjoyed my day to the fullest.

The hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant offered very good options for breakfast and dinner and did their best to accommodate my husbands vegan diet.
