Kitchen that's available for guest to use. Great breakfast for 12 000 pesos. Really friendly dog and 2 cats. Quiet at night (after 23 the hostel near by stops playing music). Really good value for the money.

The property also offers grocery delivery and free WiFi. The place was amazing, very close to the beach. The room we stayed in on the second floor was fresh and cool despite the heat in Palomina. The very high traditional palm ceiling ensured the room stayed fresh. It was spotless and the mosquito nets ensured a very good night sleep. The shower in our room was "outdoor" so you shower among the trees and birds dining and under the stars at night while still being very private. On a clear morning we were able to see the snowy peak from the terrace of the second floor. The common areas were great with free coffee and water. Also there were many hammocks were one can chill and look at birds.

A bicycle rental service is available at the lodge. We spent three days at Jui Chi Mama's. It felt like home. The rooms are spacious. Our hosts, Lau and Ger, were amazing. We did the BIRDWATCHING tour together, which was incredibly enjoyable! In short, a great stay! Nb: 15 minutes walk from the center, but offers a very quiet and relaxing place.
