Perfect location - 3min walk to the center of Mestia and many restaurants but in the quiet side street. Privacy - there is only one cottage with a big garden where you can enjoy beautiful views out of the mountains, you can make a campfire or just chill on the swing chair. The host Tamar - such a lovely, attentive and responsive host who is always willing to help you. The cottage is super clean, well-equiped and the beds and linen are really comfortable. Plus there is a lovely grey cat which stole our hearts <3

Beautiful house, awesome view at the town and church, very large terrace and yard with hammocks. Good kitchen with all needed. Pretty quite location.

Guesthouse SANIKO í Martvili býður upp á gistirými, garð, sameiginlega setustofu og verönd ásamt fjallaútsýni. Ókeypis WiFi er í boði. It was one of the best stays in Georgia. Something about the place was just super peaceful and magical, owners were the cutest people ever. Everything was simple, but really comfy so it really felt like home

Hostel SvanLand er staðsett í Mestia á Samegrelo Zemo-Svaneti-svæðinu og sögusafnið og þjóðfræðisafnið eru í innan við 2,1 km fjarlægð. I had the pleasure of staying at SvanLand for 1 week. The hostel is located approximately 1.5km away from the central bus station — so, it is a 15 to 20 minute walk from the town center. The center of Mestia is touristy, so I enjoyed being outside of the center and liked being in a more residential area of the town. The owners of the hostel were friendly, helpful (with any questions), and respected the privacy of the guests. The facilities of the hostel were acceptable and made sense for a price range between 15 to 20 GEL per night (the beautiful sight from the balcony is priceless!). Despite what other reviewers incorrectly wrote, I never waited for the toilet and shower; the kitchen has all of the amenities you need (I cooked many meals); and the owners cleaned every morning to keep the hostel tidy. During my 1 week stay, I had the opportunity to meet other travellers who were either beginning or finishing the trek to Ushguli. Meeting these people was very helpful and we exchanged a lot of advice! Also, during my stay, many travellers went to bed between 22:00 and 23:00 and almost everyone woke up before 9:00 to begin the day. It was nice to see everyone on the same schedule. Overall, I believe that the balance of price and quality merits a 10/10 experience. I would definitely stay at SvanLand again.

Ushba Cottages er staðsett í Mazeri og býður upp á fjallaútsýni, veitingastað, sameiginlegt eldhús, bar, garð, verönd og grill. Smáhýsið er með bæði WiFi og einkabílastæði án endurgjalds. The location is perfect! The small wooden houses are at the bottom of mount Ushba. They were exceptionelly clean and had enough space and packing area. The owner lady makes incredible delicious breakfast and dinner and if you ask for a lunch box she makes that as well. She even took us with her car to Mestia at the end of our stay. She was very helpful. I wiuld definitely go back as it was the best and our favourite place to stay in our whole trip to Georgia.

Warm atmosphere, possibility to communicate with the host and other guests. Perfect location close to the ski elevator and close to the charming Mestia center.

Museum of History and Ethnography er í nágrenninu og boðið er upp á gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. ყველაფერი იყო შესანიშნავი. ერთერთი საუკეთესო ადგილია მესტიაში. ცენტრიდან 5 წუთის სავალზეა. სახლის წინაა ყველაფერი მარკეტიც და ბაზარიც. კოტეჯი კი იდიალურად სუფთა და კომფორტულია. ყველას ვურჩევ მოსვლას,ვისაც დაბალ ბიუჯეტში აქვს გათვლილი სასტუმროს დაქირავება. სასტუმროს მფლობელი კი ძალიან კეთილი და შესანიშნავი გოგოაა. ყველა ოჯახის წევრი დიდ ყურადღებას იჩენდა ჩვენს მიმართ.
