I can’t recommend this place enough! We booked 3 nights and stayed 6, because we just didn’t want to leave this place especially because of the owner Anya. He made our stay very special. We did a little day tour with him around tetebatu, drank lots of coffee together and had good conversations. The homestay itself was great. Very clean & good smelling. Hot shower with perfect shower jet! Comfy bed, nice pillows and clean bed sheets. Little terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view into the green. Breakfast was good and they also offer food the whole day which was amaaaazing! We ended up eating everyday lunch & dinner there :) The location was wonderful. In the middle of the green, perfect for sunrise and sunset walks. Very quiet, better than staying in town. You will need a scooter but that’s everywhere around Tetebatu. He organized us scooters and transports to Gilis afterwards.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The view was INCREDIBLE and the location was fantastic - only 5mins quick scooter into town. Also came with a free gym membership which was a huge bonus! Would 100% stay there again. Agnes (receptionist) was super lovely!

Highly recommend booking a tour with Fendi- I did the rice fields tour and monkey forest, where we saw some black monkeys! He knows the places the go, so it’s super helpful to have him as a guide, and speaks great English too. Wonderful hosts, I will miss them!

Loved the atmosphere at Ekas Surf Resort, strong focus on surf in a family-friendly vibe! All of the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I have to add that the food and menu diversity is amazing! Finally the 6 is very comfortable, pool side great for post surf chill and a billiard and ping pong room for evening shenanigans 😉
