Furthermore we did the 3 days/2night jungle trek with Andy and Jerry, which was absolutely incredible. The tour was full of insights on the local flora and fauna, accompanied by well organised base camps and great food. We can do nothing but recommend this place! Some units include a terrace and/or a balcony with mountain or river views. Had an amazing time at lovely jungle lodge, Balu and his son Rifan will really look after you. The location of the lodge was great, away from the busy village and surrounded by the peaceful jungle. The best is falling asleep to the jungle sounds and being able to watch wild monkeys from the wooden huts. There's no electricity so make sure to charge all your devices beforehand. Highly recommend.

Mount Sinabung is 23 km from the lodge. Kualanamu International Airport is 93 km from the property. The architecture of room that is like the batak traditional house. Comfortable even though there is no fan or air conditional. The family room is spacious. The resort has nice landscape garden. There is a vegetable farm beside the accommodation. Have nice view of Gunung Sinabung. Although breakfast is not included, it's cafe also serves delicious western food. Like the quiet yet calming of the atmosphere of the hotel. Highly recommended!
