True kindness is hard to find at the hotels these days. it’s also a non expensive place to stay - not by the beach but great to go the surrounding beaches which are all around.

Located at Kilifi Creek, just 3 km outside of town and surrounded by a community forest, Distant Relatives Ecolodge and Backpackers features a secluded beach area, a restaurant and outdoor pool. The tent we stayed in was quite small but the rest of the place just amazing. Spotlessly clean, just a few steps from the beach and the pool was amazing. We felt just like at jome. Asante!
