A 34 km da Parco Nazionale di Udawalawe e 26 km da Tissa Wewa a Tanamalwila, Thanamal-villa propone alloggi dotati di aria condizionata e accesso a un giardino con barbecue. Prasad was the nicest host we've had in Sri Lanka so far (and everyone in Sri Lanka has been very nice). Him and his family made us dinner at their place, and he can also arrange a safari around Lunugamvehera National Park (we had already arranged it). The place is just off the main road where the bus stop is, but secluded enough that all you hear are birds and insects. There's a nice garden outside and a creek where some monkeys were chilling during the day. The cabin had AC and fridge and it was very comfortable overall.

Located close to the National parks, surrounded by nature. The room was very spacious and clean and was well equiped. The Staff was really nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

La strada per arrivare è bellissima (ci sono venuti a prendere in jeep dalla strada), così come il tramonto sul lago vicino raggiungibile a piedi dalla camera. Stanza molto confortevole e una delle poche strutture con vera acqua calda per la doccia. La cena è sia suggestiva, in quanto preparano i tavolini all’esterno con le luci soffuse e un’atmosfera molto romantica perfetta per coppie, sia buonissima. Molto buona anche la colazione al sacco per il safari. Lo staff è gentilissimo e super disponibile. Una delle migliori strutture in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Sri Lanka e soprattutto punteggio recensioni veritiero: la struttura e’ sicuramente top rated, andate sereni nel prenotare qui. Situato a Hambegamuwa nella regione Monaragala District, l’alloggio Glimra eco lodge presenta un balcone. Absolutely unique design and localisation just at the lake! Boat trip at the morning at very low cost was amazing. Highly recommend!

The **food was a highlight**: authentic Sri Lankan curries and Western options, all served in an open-air dining area. Don’t miss the **sunset boat ride on the lake**—pure magic! Clean, spacious rooms and a serene pool sealed our perfect stay. We’ll be back!"

The resort staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also found the location to be absolutely superb, offering convenient access to everything I needed. The facilities at the resort were also top-notch.

This place is the definition of a getaway. truly remote. Never thought I'd experience this side of Sri Lanka on this holiday. Very nature based, local food, got to speak to the people in the villages on how they cultivate their crops, went on a very scenic bike ride with friends in the evening with the best views. The RIVER! wow loved every bit of it. We spent around 3 hours here and had a final dip before leaving the next day too. The water flowing over the shoulders felt like a free spa treatment.
