Amazing experience! Probably the most unique and beautiful places I have ever had the fortune to stay. Silk sand and crystal clear water! Sook Peng and Fred are wonderful and kind hosts who help to ensure a brilliant stay. They help to organize all the travel arrangements from your lodgings in Kota Kinabalu to the island via car and boat, and it all worked seamlessly. The food that Sook Peng cooked was simply fantastic and some of the best I have had during my whole trip. The lodge is very unique and they take their environmental responsibility very seriously. Staying on the island is a once in a lifetime experience. It’s completely deserted apart from a small village and there are lots of different activities one can do. (Kayak, snorkel, diving, guided walks). We did bonfires at night and spent the days in hammocks just meters from the beach as the local island cows wandered past.

Set atop a 100 metre hill overlooking the Kinabatangan Forest Reserve, The Last Frontier Boutique Resort is located in Bilit, and is located a 2 hour drive from the beautiful Sandakan. one word: amazing! if you had the chance I would recommend to book this place! Jason Grent and the staff are very friendly, they have just 4 rooms so they take care of all their people! this is a true experience into Borneo wild life…we had a lucky meeting with an orangutan nearby the rooms! the eco resort is located up to a hill but is not difficult to go upstairs since you are incredibly absorbed in the nature! they organised everything perfectly: 2 boat trips and one trekking up to a hill (about 2,5h). You have enough time to rest. They also care a lot about our transfer at the check out to Semporna, we could not ask for more!! The food was also good, even if for me a little bit too “western”, banana pancakes and nasi goreng were special!! rooms are big essential and comfy. this experience is worth to do, just remind the Jungle itself is a little bit noisy special during the night, we slept well anyways. thanks again! I would come again!

Nastanitev Borneo Jungle Adventure je v mestu Kinabatangan in nudi brezplačen WiFi, teraso ter možnost peke na žaru. The accommodation was clean, the bed comfortable, the food delicious and the whole team that looked after us were nice, helpful and attentive. The internet is only in the dining room, but that didn't bother us. The hot water is running, and you can even see wild animals right from the accommodation. And thanks to Mika our guide and Ten Ten, the boat captain, we saw all of Borneo's big five 👍

Nastanitev nudi teraso za sončenje. 0sebje je bilo izjemno prijazno. Snorklanje ob namestitvi je čudovito Lokalni utrip in hkrati mirnost zaliva, katerega zmoti le občasno brnenje motorjev. ČUDOVITA izkušnja.

Nastanitev Tampat do Aman se nahaja v mestu Kudat, 1,7 km od znamenitosti Plaža Bawang Jamal Beach ter 2,8 km od znamenitosti Plaža Kalampunian Beach, in ponuja brezplačen WiFi, vrt s teraso ter... Lokacija je izjemna, gostitelj neverjetno prijazen, pelje te kamor hočeš. Naselje ima velik potencial, lahko raziskuješ džunglo, se sprehajaš po plaži, snorkljaš, plavaš. V bližini je tudi nekaj lokalov z hrano. Imeli smo tudi delavnico preživetja v džungli in priprave hrane, vse zelo okusno.

Nastanitev Sabah Tea Resort je v mestu Ranau in ponuja brezplačen WiFi ter pogled na gore. This was an incredible place. We spent a night in the longhouse and ate in the restaurant. The longhouse was brilliant. It was so exciting to have this experience and it was far more well appointed than we expected with sinks and lights in each room! The open air restaurant that looks out over the tea gardens and Mt Kinabalu is in a stunning setting and the food was delicious..None of us wanted to leave!
