Our hosts Bernie and Marie did an excellent job at making us feel welcome to their home. It’s in a perfect position close to restaurants and hikes and the base of the ski fields. Bernie made us a delicious hot breakfast before we left.

Plateau Lodge is located 15 minutes’ drive from UNESCO World Heritage listed Tongariro National Park, where guests can enjoy skiing, hiking, cycling and paddling activities. I like the location close to the Mt. Ruapehu and the place is clean. Highly recommended.

Alpine Chalets อยู่ในเนชันแนลพาร์ค โดยอยู่ห่างจากภูเขารัวเปฮู 15 กม. และอยู่ห่างจาก Taranaki Falls 16 กม. Comfortable, well-stocked, clean, felt new. Proximity to groceries and to the couple restaurants that were open (we came in the off-season). And Mary was amazing!

I loved the view very quiet place it was great. However there was no milk or tea in placed usually other places they put chamomile or something like that ❤️ apart from it everything was great.
