The lodge is nestled on a hill and you can see Machu Picchu from a distance. The room was clean and comfortable but very basic. We had a nice area to sit outside and watch the sunset. There was a crazy intense storm that evening and it was an unforgettable and amazing show to watch from the cabin! I was very impressed with dinner, especially since it was just a father and son (I think?) running the lodge and restaurant and they covered dinner for over 20 people. It was a little late to come out, but it was the best meal I had during our Salkantay trek. Hats off to you!

Didn't expect the skylodge to be that comfy and cozy, even with an amazingly clean toilet. The inside of the lodge is so clean and warm that you don't really need extra clothes for the night except during the climb. The dining lodge is just another amazing piece of art. The dinner and breakfast prepared by the 2 guides are just so fancy especially at that context. Everything is so nice.

Eco Quechua Lodge is an eco-friendly lodge offering private balconies with river and mountain views. Guests can take canopy, coffee, water falls, hot springs and hiking excursions. It is an oasis in Santa Teresa, on our way to Machu Pichu we stayed one night, although there are a lot of road works around it was a pleasent stay for this night. Staff was really helpful and kind, helped us with taxi to the great hot springs near by and to hydroelectrica the next day. Thanks!

Stan and Edith are delightful hosts- so helpful and friendly. They helped us to organise some riding with their friend and gave us great info about a lovely local walk to Pumamarca. The room was really comfy and clean and the breakfast was great.

The property was exactly what I desired. The hospitality and kindness was spectacular. They made us feel right at home with the delicious food, the sauna and conversation about the origins of the pre-Inca civilizations. The owner, Rudi built this sanctuary and he and his family do their best to make guests feel special and supported. I highly recommend this property for those who feel TRUTH of SPIRIT.

There is a beautiful river nearby and a great stroll through the jungle as well. There is lots of wildlife. We saw all sorts of mammals and birds. The cabins are beautifully made and the very comfortable and clean. The shower is exceptional. They even offer you gumboots which are great to get around in.
