It was just such a fantastic experience :-) Our hosts were so friendly and helpful right from the moment we arrived. We had many chats with them and they helped us with every query or question we had :-) We can't recommend this place enough! It's PERFECTLY located close to the Chocolate Hills and the Man-made Forest & Tarsier Conservancy so no long rides/drives to get to these attractions. A family run facility which offers fantastic accommodation, delicious Filipino dishes and regular meals and a great place to relax. We will most certainly be staying here again should we return to the Philippines :-)

The owner is very kind and honest. I feel like I could trust her out of the other locals I encountered. Her husband gave me a ride from the Sumillion Island Resort. She also asked a security (her neighbor) to drop me back at the hotel. She is so nice because I was not charged for the rides. The bed is soft and room just really great for solo traveling.

My stay in Tavern rooms was great! The room is spacious, everything was clean, the location is great. Close the tourist area, but far from the noise. But close to many restaurants and to the beach. The air conditioner worked really well, tv, and fridge. You have a table and chair, place to put your things. I could wash my clothes and had a place to hang outside to dry. Bed and pillows comfortable. The front porch in each room is very convenient. The only problem was the internet that didn’t work very well. Sheilla, the host, was completely amazing, very helpful, available and kind. Is possible to go to tours with good prices and she can take you there.

FN Lodge - town proper tem vista da montanha, acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e estacionamento privado gratuito em Palompon. We loved the clean and tidy room with a large fridge and good AC with fan. Central location close to Mr D restaurant which has great food and cold beer. Close to the port so easy if you are travelling to Bogo City. We only stayed one night but have stated longer if we had time. Friendly owners and the best placed we stayed as it was hotel number 4 for us in 5 days. Highly recommend, first class.
