The room Damselfy was actually even nicer than I expected. It was bigger than what was shown on the picture with two separate bedroom. I had sound sleep every night. The owner Lisa and Kermit were so nice. And, the breakfast was awesoooooome! The blueberry muffin was served warm with soft inside and crumble outside texture. The only tiny issue was I wish they could offer lunch or dinner. Anyway, the winter was cold, but I wish to go there again in summer.

Even though it’s obviously a bit older of a hotel (physical keys, dated designs, etc.) it is not neglected, dirty, or run-down. Instead it’s very evident that the staff works hard to make sure the rooms are clean, your stay is comfortable, and all your basic hotel needs are met. That effort and care is what won them a high rating in my opinion.

Great location , riverside and can sit out and watch the sunset. We could all guests very social and chatty. Lobby area really nice.

Offering spacious guest rooms with boutique interiors, Lodge at Riverside is located on the banks of the Rogue River and 1 block from Hellgate Jet Boat Excursions. Staff was so friendly. George says he bakes the fresh cookies every night. Yup, you get free cookies if you check in after 8 and if you’re earlier you get wine! Room was huge and clean and the breakfast was good too
