They have school kids there some evenings as the owner volunteers her time to help them learn English, they are so well behaved and curious, it was such a pleasure to spend some time with them The price may seem a little more expensive however when you take the free breakfast (eggs on toast) and the properly made coffee into account it's such good value for money. The dorms are 4 beds with electric blankets if you are cold and air con if you are warm. Even the showers have bulb heaters if it's chilly. There is also a beautiful view from the back garden and a short walk takes you to a tiny village. Just stay here, I've saved you the hassle of looking :-)

The perfect place to rest in an idealic place. We were in the double room with mountain view, and it was amazing for our last night on the Ha Giang loop. We also bad a delicious dinner shared with the other hosts and had a great time there.
