Her id card was a legitimate Missouri stating her address as Branson, Mo., 37 miles away from Springfield. They apparently didn't like her appearance or something. My wife is 71 years old and can hardly walk. She uss a walker and was flabbergasted by the 2 employees attitude, as if she wasn't good enough. Coach House Inn staff gave us a room in a very quiet part of the motel which had a wonderful bed and comfortable surroundings.
