During my recent five-day trip to Cairo, I had the pleasure of staying at **Lacasa Residence** in Nasr City, and it proved to be one of the best choices I’ve made for accommodation in the city. The building is new, impeccably clean, and offers modern amenities that made my stay exceptionally comfortable. The location of Lacasa Residence is ideally situated, conveniently placed between downtown Cairo (including areas like Giza and Zamalek) and District 5, making it easy to access key locations in the city. This central location allowed me to efficiently manage my work commitments while also enjoying the surrounding areas. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped for a solo or family traveler. It featured a comfortable L-shaped couch, a large flat-screen TV, a fully functional kitchen with an electric oven, microwave, sink, and plenty of storage in the lockers. The bathroom was also generously sized and spotless, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. One of the standout aspects of Lacasa Residence was the exceptional staff. I interacted with team members across all three shifts, and they were consistently friendly, cheerful, and professional. Their positive attitude and helpfulness played a significant role in making my stay so enjoyable, and I felt truly welcomed throughout my time there. The terrace area was another highlight, offering a relaxing space to unwind and take in the surroundings. I spent considerable time there, appreciating the serene atmosphere and panoramic views. Given the high standards of service, comfort, and location, I can confidently say that Lacasa Residence will be my first choice for any future trips to Cairo. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the facilities were spotless, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding staff. A special thank you to Noor, Rami, and Mohanad they were exceptional! Each of them went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Noor was incredibly attentive and kind, always greeting me with a warm smile. Rami was professional and quick to assist with anything I needed, and Mohanad had a wonderful way of making guests feel truly at home. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail set this place apart. It’s rare to come across a team so dedicated and passionate about their work. I felt valued and well taken care of every single day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a flawless experience.

Location is very convenient, and accommodation was very nice. I arrived to Egypt midnight and my check in was until 11:30 am, needed to check in earlier and Mr. Hisham was available late at night to take my call, and accommodate my check in that late.! My room has more than 2 beds and the entire place was very clean and neat. Reception desk personnel “Ahmed” greeted me with smile all the time, assisted me with my bags after long flight I took that day, and was always courteous to assist in any way he could. 24 hours security and reception were there. I extended my stay for few more days and I will always consider to reserve this place due to the courtesy of the owner and his management team of the place.

The room was clean, quiet and fully furnished with a private bathroom. The staff is amazing and always very kind, Hassan will help you with everything, whenever you need. Highly recommended place to stay!
