A special thank you to Noor, Rami, and Mohanad they were exceptional! Each of them went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Noor was incredibly attentive and kind, always greeting me with a warm smile. Rami was professional and quick to assist with anything I needed, and Mohanad had a wonderful way of making guests feel truly at home. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail set this place apart. It’s rare to come across a team so dedicated and passionate about their work. I felt valued and well taken care of every single day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a flawless experience.

Location is very convenient, and accommodation was very nice. I arrived to Egypt midnight and my check in was until 11:30 am, needed to check in earlier and Mr. Hisham was available late at night to take my call, and accommodate my check in that late.! My room has more than 2 beds and the entire place was very clean and neat. Reception desk personnel “Ahmed” greeted me with smile all the time, assisted me with my bags after long flight I took that day, and was always courteous to assist in any way he could. 24 hours security and reception were there. I extended my stay for few more days and I will always consider to reserve this place due to the courtesy of the owner and his management team of the place.
