Noor was incredibly attentive and kind, always greeting me with a warm smile. Rami was professional and quick to assist with anything I needed, and Mohanad had a wonderful way of making guests feel truly at home. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail set this place apart. It’s rare to come across a team so dedicated and passionate about their work. I felt valued and well taken care of every single day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a flawless experience.

I arrived to Egypt midnight and my check in was until 11:30 am, needed to check in earlier and Mr. Hisham was available late at night to take my call, and accommodate my check in that late.! My room has more than 2 beds and the entire place was very clean and neat. Reception desk personnel “Ahmed” greeted me with smile all the time, assisted me with my bags after long flight I took that day, and was always courteous to assist in any way he could. 24 hours security and reception were there. I extended my stay for few more days and I will always consider to reserve this place due to the courtesy of the owner and his management team of the place.
