White Heron Motor Lodge is just 2 minutes' drive from the centre of Gisborne and 7 minutes' drive from the beach and the airport. Room was clean, bed comfy, shower and spa very nice. And the lady at reception was very friendly. This is how all accommodations should be.

Ocean Beach Motel offers comfortable accommodation in Wainui Beach, just 5 minutes’ drive from the Gisborne city centre. We did not have any breakfast as we left very early, but the host was a very charming lady whom we loved instantly. She made our very short stay extremely comfortable.

Set in a private garden, Tudor Park Motel Spacious with kitchens 1 minute walk to restaurant and shopping centre and Gisborne Hospital offers self-contained accommodation with free WiFi. Had a great stay. We were upgraded to a bedroom suite and the king bed was sooo comfy as were the twin beds in the bedroom. The bathroom was roomy and room was large with a table, chairs and sofa. The hot tub and pool were clean. We would have like to stay longer in the morning but had to drive to our tour. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The outside appearance as we drove in was immaculate and the inside was the same. we have stayed in a few motels in gisborne and this was the best. will certainly stay there again

Tarquin is your host and she is a delight. After a big day out, this is the place to relax, with a glass of something, lounging in front of the big heater in the common room. Pool, darts if you choose. Bed is comfy and the shower is hot. Nice.

Compact kitchen area with all you need to make breakfast. Good location to restaurants and the roads to other areas . Very friendly helpful staff.

BKs Palm Court Motor Lodge is a 5-minute drive from Gisborne Beach and Gisborne’s town centre. It offers barbecue facilities, free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi access. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definately recommend to anyone who needs to stay in that part of town
