This place is so comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely furnished with closet, desk, chair, bed tables, and windows. It has a private bathroom attached which is nice. The living area is just so beautiful and cozy with plants everywhere and a beautiful view of the mountains. It’s very relaxing to be there and walking distance there’s a very beautiful church with walking paths and beautiful flowers.

Owners are very pleasant natured and most helpful. When I looked for hotel in Dalat I looked for options that were flexible with early check in as I was reaching Dalat by an early morning flight. When I messaged Bichau, they assured me that they would allow me to check in if room was available. To my pleasant surprise, when I arrived there, they gave me a room right away. It was extremely helpful as i was quite tired. However there were minor issues in the room such as fridge leaking water into the floor and bathroom sink choked etc. They attended to both these promptly but perhaps they wanted to make me even more comfortable, they gave me an option to switch to a better room with a balcony in a higher floor, which I gladly accepted. They ran my laundry at a very reasonable cost which was most helpful given how rainy Dalat then was. The family stays in the same building in a lower floor and the entire family interacts and helps guests which is very nice. One evening the male host (who also is a guide with Easy Riders) spent a lot of time (over 20 min) to guide me on various options the following day and his guidance was quite useful. Incidentally the following day I had an issue with my luggage lock and he helped me resolve it - that was so kind of him since I had to leave for airport in 30 min and was really stuck without being able to open the bag. All in all, I was touched by their kindness and hospitality. The room and location is fantastic too and the amenities superb. I will certainly return to Bichau Hotel, when I am in Dalat next
