Easy access to the water was wonderful! Staff were super helpful with all the extras we needed like iron, wine bottle opener, transformer plug, etc. Also, right next to the train station.

the recently new owner has really upgraded what was a tired hotel. the situation is incomparable, as are the views of the lake, the Savoy Alps, the beautiful lake steamers calling at the jetty ….The staff are great, the rooms neat and clean, loads of sitting out or in areas, abundant trees for shade

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at the Auberge du Raisin and the food as well as the service was even better than 10 years ago. We also enjoyed getting the same suite as for our wedding. Very nice staff that makes everyone (even your pets) feeling very welcome.
