Easy walking distance to and from the train station particularly if you use the town’s main elevators from the station. Hotel was quaint and traditional of Switzerland. Warm welcome and really friendly staff. Room was a decent size. Great outside seating for breakfast, drinks and meals. The breakfast was one of the best we had across the 10 days vacation. Smoked salmon, trout, freshly boiled eggs, home made pancakes. Wide selection of dried fruits and muesli, preserves, cheeses alongside the traditional scrambled egg, croissants, bread rolls and bacon etc.

Hotel is wonderful, reception team is just great. We needed a breakfast at 5:00 am because of Ironman event and we received it: warm and tasteful.

Staff friendly and helpfull as was the owner. The dinner was bery good but ‘brunch’ meagre given the cost. House keeping needs to up their game. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful.
