Chris was very welcoming and made us feel right at home from the beginning. Very clean and comfortable stay. Food at the hotel restaurant was great as well. The location is absolutely beautiful located in the valley between the mountains.

Everything was excellent, and we would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Murren. The view was excellent, the entire hotel was very clean, all of the staff were wonderful, the included breakfast had a great variety and very fresh.

The hotel was recently refurbished. Common areas and the rooms are all very tastefully decorated. The view from our room was spectacular, down the valley towards Wengen. Use of the spa facilities in the new adjoining sports centre is a nice touch but we wonder how it will be during busy ‘off school’ times.

Amazing breakfast, the room overlooks the main street with very little distance, but it is mostly quiet You do hear people going home in the evening and arriving to work in the morning but otherwise a very comfortable sleep and stay. The room was immaculate and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
