The house was large and fully equipped with everything we needed. The outside patio bit which also had a separate gated area was very handy to shut our dogs in whilst we unloaded our car without risk of them escaping. The shower was fantastic but omg the bath was huge much larger than I had used in the past. I loved the peaceful location and slept really well. I only wish we had stayed there longer as it was so nice.

Firstly Gaz who checked us in and took food and drinks orders couldn’t have done more, great customer focused attitude, would be a great long term employee, unfortunately the hotel are making him redundant the day after we checked out. The staff on breakfast duty were also great too. Rooms are warm but comfortable however windows were screwed down and the aircon unit had no remote control or other way to turn it on. Meals are ok and well prepared. Although next to a dual carriageway the traffic noise was unnoticeable.

The entry system to the hotel and room is via a unique code you receive for your stay. I have stayed here twice now as it was so lovely the first time I have stayed here since for work and was also great. The rooms are modern and fresh and cleaned well the facilities in the room Iclude fridge hairdryer coffee and tea making facility and there is also a fan of the room gets too hot. Both rooms stayed in have nice big sash windows with lots of natural light and thick blackout curtains. For breakfast there is a grab and go serve yourself with a selection of drinks pastries and cereal. The location is great and close walking distance to various shops pubs and town centre. There is ample parking opposite the entrance to hotel. Overall have had 2 great stays and will be using on all my future work trips as this hotel is the best in the area having had not so great stays at other surrounding hotels in Selby

I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. It was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The amenities, including the Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, and comfortable bed, made it feel like a home away from home.
