The host was very helpful and thoughtful. The house has been maintained beautifully and has a vintage vibe. There is a functional kitchen and washing machine which makes it ideal for long stays. There are four large bedrooms with an AC and a desk in each and a parking spot in the compound for a car. It is walking distance from the beach which is quiet and clean. The caretakers family were so sincere and helpful--thanks Sebastian and Cedric! We had the best food cooked by Carmina everyday! We could have stayed on for the whole month if that was possible :) The owner also runs an organic farm just down the road and we were delighted to know that people like him are committed to sustainable farming and supporting the planet.

The property is just 5 minutes walking from the Bogmallo beach. Nicely maintained. The highlight of this property is the host, they are very nice and caring. They will make sure you don’t face any issue in your trip. Highly recommended.

Good location from the airport. Room was nice, big and clean with all the facilities you need. Lovely staff. Very helpful upon arrival and when we left Anita recommended so many things to do in Goa which helped us a lot. Would highly recommend this stay

We had a really pleasant stay here. The accommodation is nicely equipped and spacious. The caretaker Ravi did a really good job so we felt very welcomed.

The host was friendly, she printed my boarding tickets and even offered to drive me to the airport! Place is clean and has everything you need, bus stop is nearby if you wish to travel to the city center.

The sea view is beautiful, and the property does have an infinity pool. However, the pool isn’t well maintained and there’s noticeable chlorine and a lack of regular cleaning. On the positive side, the owner is responsive and available to address any queries.
