It’s very clean, comfortable, stylish and very well located. The staff were amazing very helpful even when it came to park in the car. There was a young gentleman helping on the reception and he was super great. Food was excellent for our evening meal and the waitress is very polite for breakfast. We had to pre-order. And the food was very well presented. The Bed was very comfortable with great Len.

Incredible location. Halfway between the quaint town and the main street along the beach. Staff were very attentive and the room was nice. The hotel also gives you access to a private area on the beach with sun lounges.

Very nice hosts and location of the hotel. The view from the hotel is awesome. 5 / 8 min walk to the centre. Private parking at the hotel. Nice garden where you can have breakfast or drink a glas of wine with a perfect view. We will go back to this hotel next time.

    Perfect location, the attic looks better than in the pictures. Dont see anything wrong with a fact that is does not have an elevator, I think most of us are capible to climb 4 floors a few times per day. Antonio was very helpful and friendly. The apartament was clean, you have everything you need in it for a short weekend getaway. Ofcourse, it is an attic, so be aware that if you are a tall person, it might be inconvenient. Dispite that, its is a great deal pricewise and located perfectly (2min walk from main beach). We recommend it!

    The property and its location made our family holiday a memorable trip. It's even better than what the pictures suggest. Sperlonga is a beautiful charming little town. The beach is the best we've seen in this part of the coast (we come to this area frequently). It's close to Naples and Gaeta, which means every supermarket deli counter offer better food than most restaurants. The property is beautiful, spotless, and tastefully decorated. It felt like a home. The hosts are very accommodating and attentive.

    A fantastic location in the old town with a wonderful panoramic terrace with incredible views. Aperitivo every night watching the sun set. Comfy beds and excellent air con in bedrooms and lounge. The apartment had everything we needed including barbecue. Very useful that they include lovely large beach towels with the linen. Serena and Rocco who run the agency were very helpful, communicative and friendly. Grazie mille

    Absolutely loved this place, Marco is a gem! Terrific communication and very friendly. The fenced garden area is very good for our furry companions and it leads directly onto the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious and there is parking - a gem in this area.
