To be fair, there were a few positives during our stay. The hotel building itself has a modern and attractive design, which initially gave a good impression. When we realized we didn’t need the parking that was automatically offered at check-in, the staff refunded the fee without any issues, which we appreciated. We also knew in advance that the wellness area was located in a separate building, so that part wasn’t a complete surprise. And although the service could have been better, we were eventually provided with gluten-free bread for breakfast after requesting it, which was helpful given my friend's dietary needs.

    The owners are very kind, approachable people. The fresh breakfast, including products from the farm, was gorgeous. Animals are accessible and the children were able to feed and pet them. Parking is easy. Spaceous yard with many amenities.

    The house is modern and beautiful from the outside, incredibly stylish interior is inside. Wonderful paintings are on the walls. There is all the necessary equipment in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. It's great that there is a grill, a swing and a badminton net. I really liked the terrace with a vine, in the shade of which you can eat. Great location 5 minutes from the train station, near Karkonosze National Park. I really recommend this house

    Very calm and beautiful place. Landlords are very nice people. House and rooms are very clean, warm and beautiful. Everything is made with love. Location is also super! Almost no people around, silence, fresh air, beautiful view. Breakfast was a real taste and pleasure.
