Alpina Boutique Hotel Interlaken - Ringgenberg - Adults only ! Interlaken is located above Lake Brienz in the Canton of Bern Region, and it offers breathtaking views from its terrace and the garden. The view from the lake front room was incredible. Sitting on our balcony watching the moon rise over the mountains was a highlight of our trip. The staff were so friendly and they let us borrow a converter for our charger. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking — direct, uninterrupted sights of the Eiger and the surrounding valley, just like a postcard. The location is peaceful and perfectly placed, with a nearby bus stop and a footpath leading to the train station. The room was clean, spacious, and cozy, with a comfy bed, good pillows (better than most hotels), and all essentials like a coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, and safe — although no minibar. A nice surprise was the welcome packet of mixed nuts in the room — one of the most delicious we’ve had! Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great, definitely better than some other hotels we stayed at. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was lovely too — we had fondue, and the staff made the experience even better by explaining everything kindly. All staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially Lena at the reception, who made us feel right at home. Also appreciated the lunch packets for early excursions and the clear, easy-to-follow check-in instructions.

☆☆☆☆ - Eiger Mountain & Soul Resort with uncomplicated charm. Innovative ide-as for well-being, nature experience and entertainment. Year-round operation. Rooms, suites, flats and chalets. Location was perfect and the scenery was unbelievable. The room was clean and modern and the hotel was intimate and quiet. I loved that the family came to personally check on me each day at breakfast and offered smoothies. I booked a massage and it was out of this world!
