From the beginning, I was impressed by the central location and the interactions I had with Dominique, the hostess. I had a few questions beforehand, and she answered all of them thoroughly. She went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect for me. Dominique kindly picked me up, met me, and showed me all the facilities, operations, and functions. The apartment was even better than the pictures suggested. Everything worked perfectly, and I didn’t encounter any issues during my stay. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and exactly as one would expect. At the end of my stay, we connected again, and the check-out process went smoothly, including returning the keys and securing the apartment. Throughout my visit, I felt treated like family, which made the experience all the more special.

Located in the city centre next to the small Suze canal and the pedestrianised shopping zone, the Mercure Biel hotel is easily reachable on foot from the main station. The property is ideally located. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the many shops and stores in the old town. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I stayed 3 times within a 3 week span of time and was able to check in early on all occasions. The rooms are clean, a good size, and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Courtyard by Marriott Biel Bienne features a fitness centre, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Biel. This 4-star hotel offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The hotel seems to be renovated recently, everything in the room or floors is new , comfortable and cosy. The breakfast was even served on sunday at 6:30, wich was very important for us. There was everything you need including fruits and bakery.. The management was friendly and compenent, even gave me a charger for my phone. The bed , blankets pillows and the matrass -läjust perfect! It was also very clean. Im very impressed and will for sure come again.
