Amazing staff, Giancarlo was always very quickly available to help us with our requests. We had room number 2. Great views from balcony to the mountains and lake, sunrise coming into the house first thing in the morning. Very clean, furthermore the garden is very close and there could be more dust , ants or something like that. We had a little problem with ants but Giancarlo was very responsive and in an hour we had it solved. A true gem and garden of Eden 😊

Tenant was very friendly. Breakfast was great. She asked us what we prefer for breakfast and that was very nice of her. It is a very quite place so you get a good sleep.
