Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. I do not understand the hotel is rated as 3 stars, the experience is of a 4 stars completely.

A lovely hotel for a short stay in Luzern. We were always greeted by lovely staff and the daily breakfast was great with incredible variety. The location is nicely tucked away from main tourist areas if you have access to a car, but it isn't too far from the city centre.

Room - the room is clean however is very small. It has all the amenities you require, however if you have 2 suitcases, it difficult to open it :) 2. Bathroom - clean and spacious 3. Staff - very friendly. The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty. 6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.

My wife and I were blown away by the entire experience and felt the hotel deserved a 6 star rating rather than a 5 one. Everything about the hotel and its staff was extraordinary . All we can say is they made the trip to Lucerne a great stay.

In Lucerne, 4.6 km from the KKL Culture and Congress Center Lucerne, the Gasthaus Badhof offers you very spacious rooms with the best comfort. The rooms where super comfortable and the atmosphere at the hotel was very welcoming. The view was spectacular and the staff was helpful and friendly. We would love to come again for a longer stay and play some golf.

Appartements Hofquartier are located in Luzern, a 10-minute walk from the train station and the KKL culture and convention centre and a 5-minute walk from the old town. The best location I could possibly expect.
