Property was a nice bit of luxury and space with a serviceable gym and got a room upgrade to the lakeside rooms, drinks on patio and nice breakfast. The room is expansive with nice balcony looking over the lake.

A few minutes walk from the train station ( u can use the cable car to get to it). We booked the family room. It was so spacious. I liked the room decoration, which was stylish and very elegant. We loved the floor finishing and the carpet touch. Also, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was fair and provided yummy pastries. 😋

Facilities were amazing, the breakfast buffet was great, and i received a lovely birthday surprise by the wonderful staff.

The staff was incredibly kind—our room was ready early, which was perfect since we arrived feeling unwell. They really went above and beyond, even without us asking. This was our second trip to Lugano, but our first time staying here, and it was by far the best B&B with a smooth checkout.
