The lake view from the room is amazing. Breakfast was great. The room is big,clean. The house keeper was generous and attentive. I told her that I would like to change the sparkling bottle water to be mineral water. She immediately did it and ask me the room number and said that tomorrow she would place only bottle of mineral water to my room.

Very well located with a lot of the main things to see and do close by. Lots of restaurants nearby too. The room we got was small but since you’re out all day, it served it’s purpose. Bed was super comfortable and the shower is small but AMAZING. The breakfast is very complete. Would highly recommend getting the breakfast included with your stay since food in Lugano is particularly expensive compared to the rest of Europe.

We have never met owners which could be benefit for Booking usuals. If everything is provided and meet your expectations you do not necessary need contact. But still, if you need them, they are there for you.
