Offering views of the Sierra, Mundo Nuevo Eco Lodge ( 2.2 km and 400 meters uphill Minca) is set in an organic farm with a vegetarian restaurant (one menu) with mainly dishes with fruits and vegetable... It felt surreal best sunset I saw in almost 2 years travelling and the food was amazing too

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, Masaya Casas Viejas is set 30 minutes away from Minca in the Magdalena Region by 4x4 or motorcycle, and 12 mi from Santa Marta. I loved everything about my stay. It’s super well organized, they don’t try to rip you off, the food is excellent, the bar is great, the staff is super friendly, the pool is amazing. Highly recommended!

Everything in the hotel itself was perfect. Wonderful rooftop, great clean rooms and really excellent facilities. They do Spanish lessons too for all levels and the teacher Paula is amazing. The Spanish lessons really helped me to master basic Spanish in shops, restaurants and transportation. Highly recommended!

The hosts and owners Stefano and Andrea are such a wonderful dynamic couple, always ready to help guests and make them feel welcomed and cared for. I found a lovely welcome letter in my room with my name on it and a carafe of water with peeled lemons in it. Stefano himself prepared a complex and exotic welcome cocktail courtesy of the house! I booked the very best room in the hostel that easily compares to much more expensive, swanky hotels, only that the beautiful and tasteful art and decor were designed and painted by Andrea herself!!

Such a cute place in the middle of a small paradise beach. The place has a lovely vibe and very wonderful staff and service! The rooms were very nice and clean, and the breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed staying here! Would definitely come back!
