What truly made the experience outstanding was the staff they were the friendliest and most helpful team we’ve ever encountered. Their hospitality was truly top-notch. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, and even helped us plan the best tour program for our family, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. A special mention must go to their on site restaurant, Pyramids Location View hands down the best restaurant in the area. The food was delicious, and the view of the Pyramids was absolutely breathtaking. Dining there was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Pyramids On the Spot to anyone visiting the area. It’s more than just a hotel it’s a warm, welcoming experience with the best views, food, and service in Giza!

The location is great , it’s quite as it gets (don’t complain about car horns or dogs noice since you choose to stay in grate Cairo area), to me it was fantastic stay. Staff are very friendly and will try to accommodate you to the max , just ask if you need anything.

The hostel, which is located in the heart of downtown Cairo, was the perfect location to make my stay in Cairo unforgettable. I stayed at Heaven Hostel for three months and it was the best decision I could have ever made. The hostel is on the 11th floor, and for that reason, you have a breathtaking view over Cairo. Besides the great location, the hostel offers fresh Egyptian breakfasts daily, which are made by the most wonderful two women. The breakfast is prepared fresh every morning and offers a great variety as well as a generous amount of food. Moreover, all the rooms are clean, neat and the furnishings are really modern. The rooms are really cozy and you can watch Netflix series at anytime if you like to. Additionally, the reception is always (24/7) occupied, and the staff is truly amazing! I have never experienced staff who are so helpful, kind, and generous - simply wonderful. They are always happy to assist no matter what, and you can easily contact them via. WhatsApp at any time. Furthermore, you can book amazing trips through the hostel, e.g. to the pyramids or a night in the white and black sand desert. I can only recommend these tours! They were simply amazing. Thanks to Abdo and everyone else at the hostel - Amr, Ahmed, Shahd, Shaima, and Shrouk - I had an amazing and unique experience and I cannot thank all of them enough! Everyone at the hostel works so hard to ensure that every single guest has the best time and experience in Cairo.
