The property has a lovely garden, many cosy patios for relaxation and a wonderful vantage point for watching the sun set. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and great views. Our meals were varied and delicious. As for the staff, they were extremely attentive and thoughtful. Each evening they would bring our dessert to a freshly lit fire. Very romantic! We enjoyed our time so much that we added an additional night. Overall, a hidden gem in Morocco.

A recently renovated villa in Arrougou, Villa privée réservée aux familles offers sun terrace, private parking and sports facilities. Wonderful location, very close to Khenifra, Arrougou and Aguelmam. Great place to stay if you want to visit all 3 and sleep under clear skies and away from the noise. The staff and owner are incredibly nice and accommodating and the food is local and delicious. Highly recommend.

Dar Megdaz is situated in Megdaz and has a garden and a shared lounge. Featuring full-day security, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. We were a group of 4 friends crossing the High Atlas by foot! After we slept a few days in mountain shelters and caves we made it to Megdaz and it felt like heaven! Mohammed picked us up with a car and brought us to Dar Megdaz. And it was like heaven for us. Mohammed is such a nice person, he showed us around the village and explained us every part of Berber culture. His mother cooked for us and we had the most delicious food of all our Morocco trip. Mohammed and his family are so warm and friendly people! And the guest house was really beautiful, the terrace with a nice view and the comfy beds. If you come to the High Atlas, Dar Megdaz should be a priority on the list for you!
